VIDEO: Diamond Head – Belly Of The Beast

Album Review: Diamond Head – The Coffin Train

Diamond Head return with their new record, “The Coffin Train”. A slightly different lineup on this record that will appeal to fans of Paul Di’anno era Iron Maiden, with influences from their classic songs like “Helpless” which inspired acts like Metallica and Megadeth.

The record is reminiscent of early Diamond Head with a new lighter rock New Wave Of British Heavy Metal sound with influences of their early material with easily recognizable classic Diamond Head guitar solos which inspired artists like Kirk Hammett.

Fans of Classic Metal and lighter sounding New Wave Of British Heavy Metal with rock influences will enjoy this record, recommended for fans of Judas Priest and early Iron Maiden.

Rating: 7/10
